秘制豆腐(先煎再红烧)
秘制豆腐 1.用刀在豆腐正反两面横竖均匀划几下,约一厘米左右;2.锅中放入油,把豆腐煎到两面金黄;3.加适量的老抽上色;4.加生抽增味;5.加水几乎要没过豆腐;6.大火煮开改小火,加半勺白糖,中火煮到水快要收干;7.撒上葱花,在豆腐上面涂上韩式辣椒酱即可(不吃葱的朋友省略)
