白菜油豆腐
】1.油豆腐切菱形片;2.白菜分菜叶和白菜帮分别切片和丝;3.葱斜切段;4.炒锅放油,下入葱段爆香;5.下白菜丝,煸炒;6.放少许盐、十三香、酱油和姜汁;7.将切好的油炸豆腐片放入锅中;8.放少许豆豉酱炒匀;9.将白菜叶片放入,翻炒均匀入味即可(不吃葱的朋友不加就好)
