【 How to protect teeth】

I go to the dentist several times per year and haven't had any cavities in a couple years. I eat dates all the time and drink banana smoothies as well. I wait 30 min. before brushing to avoid enamel erosion, but what I always do is rinse vigorously with water right after every meal. I also use an interdental brush every time I brush my teeth (3x a day) and floss twice a day. I eat a starch-based diet however, not a fruit based diet. I also avoid chewing on fruits directly and prefer to blend them and drink them instead; less contact with teeth.

1.wait for 30min brush
2. rinse vigorously with water right after every meal
3. interdental brush 3 times per day
4. Not too much fruit, don't chewing on fruits directly and prefer to blend them and drink them instead
5. Floss after each meal, brush after 45min
6 Only drink water after brush
7 drink lots of water to not have dry mouth. Also the acidic citrus fruit juices like lemon & orange can damage the teeth without caring for them.
8 Try rinsing with salt water several times a day
9 fluoride toothpaste?

My dentist told me not to brush straight after eating, because eating softens the enamel. You should rinse your mouth with water and floss straight after eating, then brush after an hour so as not to damage the enamel.
